A big Thank You to everyone who participated in Wrench Fusion ’25 and made it memorable. It was a wonderful night, and I’m thrilled I could share it with you all.

My thanks also to the organisers. Everyone had a great time, and everything was so well organised — kudos on a job well done.

For those who couldn’t be there: we celebrated Wrench Annual Day, titled Wrench Fusion 2025, at a resort in Munnar, a very beautiful location in Kerala. I was happy to know that this year we had the highest-ever number of Wrenchineers attending (90%), with participation from all departments, including senior management and even the Directors. I personally had a great time, and I think everyone else did too. It felt like a nice way to welcome the end-of-year season.

At the event, I spoke about what made us stick together — to build a world-class product and a multinational organisation that serves customers across 42 countries, all without any external support.

It’s the Wrench story, but it’s also a story of personal purpose.

When Aju Peter and I built Wrench-Collab over three decades ago, we wanted to help manufacturing companies deliver their products on time and with the highest possible quality. And we did that — it was very rewarding, though also very challenging. But I wouldn’t change any of it. Because we had a purpose, we had a mission, and we were having a blast.

Over the years, we shifted that purpose to the EPC industry, then built Wrench SmartProject with Manesh joining us. We kept working to help the engineering and construction industry deliver their projects on time and within budget, with quality. But through it all, regardless of what was happening outside, internally we were always completely focused on our mission to achieve #Zerotolerancefordelay.

I believe this single-minded focus is what kept us together as a team. It’s what made our senior management team come together and stay together for almost 20 years — no mean feat!

At the event, we also had four very special people — early adopters of our solutions who, over the last two years, left their high-powered jobs in the EPC sector to become part of the Wrench family and join our mission. I’m talking, of course, about Sajith Nair, Chimbu Vazhoor, Stephen Petch, and Coleridge Shelley. With such a team on board, I can’t wait to see what’s ahead!

So again — a heartfelt Thanks to all who were there, in spirit if not in body. And here’s to many more such celebrations yet to come!
